Get fit ahead of the winter season! This 12-class session will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45-6:45pm beginning Tuesday November 5 and concluding on Tuesday December 19 for $199. (week of Thanksgiving is off)

Class Format

Each one-hour session is crafted to equip you with the necessary strength and agility for an outstanding winter on the slopes. You can expect each well-structured session to include:

  • Warm-Up: Prepare your body for the workout ahead
  • Dynamic Workout: Featuring primarily bodyweight exercises aimed at enhancing your conditioning
  • Cool Down: A crucial part of helping your body recover effectively

What to Bring

  • Attire: Please wear athletic shoes and clothes suitable for a workout
  • Water bottle: Bring a reusable bottle to keep yourself hydrated during class
