Class Details
Get fit ahead of the winter season! This 10-class series will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45–6:45 p.m., beginning Tuesday, October 7 and concluding on Thursday, November 6, for $188 per person.
Class Format
Each one-hour session is crafted to equip you with the necessary strength and agility for an outstanding winter on the slopes. You can expect each well-structured session to include:
- Warm-Up: Prepare your body for the workout ahead
- Dynamic Workout: Featuring primarily bodyweight exercises aimed at enhancing your conditioning
- Cool Down: A crucial part of helping your body recover effectively
What to Bring
- Attire: Please wear athletic shoes and clothes suitable for a workout
- Water bottle: Bring a reusable bottle to keep yourself hydrated during class
