If your priority is effective, efficient workouts, Circuit Training is for you! This 45-minute workout will make the most of your precious time in the gym.
Expect workouts to include functional movements that leverage core, upper and lower body strength while tapping into and building your agility, balance, and endurance. Offered Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m. and 3:15 p.m.
