GROUP FITNESS
PROGRAM
- Flagship Group Fitness & Weightlifting
- 3 Day/week membership $188/month
- Morning and afternoon class times available.
*On Ramp prerequisite foundational personal training 3 days $297
CIRCUIT TRAINING
PROGRAM
- 7:00am, 8:30am and 3:15pm Tuesday & Thursday
- 2 day/week membership $130/month
Longevity (60+)
PROGRAM
- 9:30am Tuesday & Thursday
- Focus on gentle stretches and balance work, low-impact strength
- 2 day/week membership $130/month
PERSONAL TRAINING
PROGRAM
- Customized programming
- We recommend 1-3 days a week
- Work one on one with a Personal Trainer to reach your goals
- $89 to $115 per 1 hr. session
WOMEN'S Small Group Training
PROGRAM
- 4:00 pm Monday & Wednesday
- 9:30 am Tuesday & Thursday
- 2 day/week membership $320/month
- Hybrid class where personal training meets small group fitness
- Women-led
- Designed for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause
