  • Want better endurance, climbing strength, descending control, and injury resilience

Program Goals:

  1. Increase climbing power (glutes + posterior chain)
  2. Improve muscular endurance for long rides
  3. Build core stiffness for descending control
  4. Enhance grip + upper-body stamina
  5. Bulletproof knees + hips
  6. Improve anaerobic repeatability (punchy climbs)
