James Murphy is a passionate personal trainer and group fitness coach dedicated to helping people move well, get stronger, and live healthy lives. With a Kinesiology degree and NASM CPT certification, James combines evidence-based training techniques with a deep understanding of human movement.
A lifelong athlete, former college lacrosse player, and outdoor enthusiast, James believes fitness extends beyond the gym walls and that the habits cultivated in daily life influence strength, mobility, and overall wellness.
James’ coaching philosophy centers on the idea that movement is for everyone.
