Bio

Chelsea is a personal trainer and group fitness coach who blends high-performance training with real-life sustainability. A dual-sport collegiate athlete in volleyball and soccer who earned an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential and a Master’s degree in Applied Communication, she brings both technical expertise and a deep understanding of human behavior to her coaching.


Before entering the fitness industry, Chelsea spent over a decade in the corporate world, navigating long hours, high stress, and desk-bound routines. She brings a systems-driven approach to her coaching and specializes in breaking down big goals into achievable, sustainable routines.


Chelsea is known for her high-energy, positive, and relentlessly encouraging coaching style, and for creating an environment where clients feel both challenged and supported. She’s focused on building strength, improving mobility, and helping clients develop habits that support longevity — especially for those balancing demanding careers and everyday life.
